Filtration System Multi-connecting Housing System

The container for bag filter housing is made of PP, maximum allowable pressure is 7 kg /cm2 (100psi), the lid with quick open design can be opened and exchange filters without additional tools; a pressure gauge is installed.

Activated carbon and 50 μm filter bags are supported by PP retainer basket, its top has POLYLOC seal ring that seal the gap between bag and the wall of the filter housing.

The biological filter bed is designed to allow porous filter media providing sufficient surface area for nitrifying bacteria.

The UV sterilizer uses a high UV resistance plastic and sleeve-tube design; its lamp can be replaced without shutdown power. Killing germs by the nidirectional method can prevent cross-contamination.
5. Air pump: matching with a bubbling stone provide oxygen for whole system.

A By Pass design in the pipe system can replace filter without shutting down.
   
Control System：Use the LCD monitor with touch control interface.
 
1. Lighting control.
2. Air Pump control.
3. Water Pump Control.
4. Heater Control: It can start and stop heater and set and show temperature.
5. Monitoring System: Items/values can be monitoring are pH, temperature, conductivity, flow rate, and can setan alarming value for an abnormal condition.
6. Systematic timing: It can accumulate the total service time of filter and UV lamp to remind user changing the filter or tube accordingly and make sure water quality.
7. Water level control: When the system detects water level is too low, it will activate the alarm sound and light, stop water pump and heater.
8. Display Status: All operation units will be displayed by animation mode.
